  • Getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep

  • Managing your stress without food or alcohol

You’re still not being consistent with those things...

The problem probably isn’t a lack of effort.

Instead, it’s likely a lack of awareness.

Most of the women I work with aren’t lazy or unmotivated.

In their personal lives, they're the ones that remember birthdays, manage dentist appointments, and still somehow bring homemade dip to game night.

In their professional lives, they're the ones that lead meetings, handle crises, and still hit their quarterly goals.

They know how to work hard.

They know how to power through.

So when it comes to hitting their health and weight loss goals, they try to take the same approach.

...until they fizzle out.

And it's because they’re used to being in action mode — not awareness mode.

They focus on following the plan instead of connecting the dots, like:

  • What emotional triggers make it harder to follow through?

It's asking yourself these kinds of questions that leads to consistency.

Not stricter rules.

Not more extreme workouts.

Not more effort.

But more CLARITY.

More awareness of your real obstacles.
