2025 Midway Check-In

What did you hope would feel or be different by now?

What goals felt exciting in January…but are collecting dust in July?

Where have you made progress (even if it’s not “perfect”)?

What have you learned about what doesn’t work for you?


Reflecting on your progress (or lack of) isn't meant to make you feel guilty.
